**Job Summary**
The technical engineer designs, develops, and tests configurations and customizations based upon specifications provided by business consultants/project managers who have direct contact with our clients. The technical engineer will be responsible for providing high-quality deliverables on time and within the project budget. The technical engineer will work directly with the business consultant to review and understand each assignment.
As a member of the PairSoft Professional Services Technical team, you will own performing setup / install, configuration, and integration of our software. Directly working with and assisting our professional services project teams to onboard new customers and to troubleshoot and advance the usage of existing customers. The incumbent is highly motivated, recent college graduate to be a technical engineer in our professional services organization based in our India headquarters.

**Responsibilities**
- Identifies and documents best practices
- Provides guidance concerning product defects
- Participates in project-related discussions with colleagues
- Identifies product and service opportunities
- Technically designs, develops, and tests PairSoft configurations for Cloud and for On-Premise implementations
- Triages and resolves configuration
- Performs other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in similar field
- 1-2 years working in a consulting or professional services environment (a plus)
- ERP/CRM and SaaS Experience - 1+ years of experience developing, supporting, or designing SaaS solutions for any ERP/CRM system., ideally by Blackbaud, Microsoft (Great Plains, SL, 365BC), Sage, or NetSuite
- Technical Coding/Scripting Skills - self rate and pass technical tests with at least a 7/10 in JavaScript and SQL. Ideally you already know XML and C# but we can teach it to you
- Fluent English Skills - must be completely fluent to receive and articulate complex concepts. Evidence of strong written and documentation skills via documentation of past technical projects and best practices
- Remote Work Experience - has worked remotely before and are familiar with virtual collaboration tools
- Related Experience - Nice to have is worked at or with: KwikTag, Altec DocLink, Stampli, Metafile, Fraxion, ReqLogic, Avid Xchange, IBM Filenet, Prism Docrecord, Laserfiche DMS, Hyland, copier OEM/reseller services teams, etc.
- Back office knowledge about purchasing process
- Experience with C#, asp.net and Web API
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
