You will work with a team of seasoned systems admins and network admins who will provide on the job training.
**Responsibilies include but are not limited to**:

- Break-fix support of tickets filed by end users to assist with triage, troubleshooting and resolution of test failures.
- Troubleshooting and updating firmware on Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Cisco servers.
- Deploying new Windows and Linux VM's from templates, updating VM templates with new OS and software versions.
- Systems Administration of vSphere clusters which will include auditing and managing cluster capacity, configuring, and provisioning storage and networking, monitoring and resolving any issues and outages.
- Update documentation in Confluence wiki pages, as well as R&D pipeline test and reservation systems.
