Join our global TUI Musement Team based in **Liberia, Costa Rica** as Team Leader -Tour Guides.
Your mission will be to ensure that our Guides & Freelances provide engaging and relevant information to our guests during our tours
**This is a locally employed position.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Lead the group of guides working for the company as well as freelancers.
- Contracting freelance guides when required.
- Tracking of service results measured by Customer services Questionnaires and taking needed actions to reach expected service targets.
- Daily assignation of tour guides' role for the daily excursion schedule, tour assignations, and control of their working hours.
- Guide our one-day and excursions, multiday tours, shore excursion operations when required.
- Site inspections and reports of our tour locations.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Being Certified or Licensed as General Tour Guide by the y Costa Rica Tourism board would be an advantage.
- Microsoft Office, TEAMS knowledge ease of technology is a must.
- An experienced individual in the tourism business.
Experience in a similar role or any administrative career background is advantageous.
- Fluent in Verbal and written English, an extra European language would be advantageous (French, German etc)
- Ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving decision-making.
- Driving license B-1 would be advantageous.
- Someone who never stops looking ahead, seeking new ways to delight customers.
- Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns a new skill
- Responsible, Customer service oriented
