Our team in Heredia currently has an opening for a Team Lead R2R > YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Review accuracy and timeliness of accounting data entry and reconciliation as well as undertake corrective measures if required.Review data quality captured in General Ledger module and propose improvements to Manager to assist Financial/ Management reporting.Ensure compliance to agreed service levels, company policies and procedures.Lead continuous improvement initiatives for increased process efficiency.Take the lead in issue resolution of operational matters.Coach team members to improve skills and knowledge required to perform their job effectively. YOUR PROFILE Advanced knowledge/ use of ERP and office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)Excellent leadership and management skills (e.g. Planning, organization, direction of employees)Good verbal and written communication skills in English3 – 4 years of work experience2 years of shared services experience2+ years of leadership experienceAt least 3 years of experience in accounting and/ or Finance or in the related fieldOUR OFFER >
