**TEAM LEAD GL-R2R**:
Our team in **Heredia** currently has an opening for a **Team Lead GL-R2R**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review accuracy and timeliness of accounting data entry and reconciliation as well as undertake corrective measures if required
- Review data quality captured in General Ledger module and propose improvements to Manager to assist Financial/ Management reporting
- Ensure compliance to agreed service levels, company policies and procedures
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for increased process efficiency
- Take the lead in issue resolution of operational matters
- Coach team members to improve skills and knowledge required to perform their job effectively

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Advanced knowledge/ use of ERP (Oracle and/or SAP) and office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)
- Knowledge of BlackLIne system (preferred)
- Excellent leadership and management skills (e.g.
planning, organisation, direction of employees)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- 3 to 5 years of work experience
- 2 years of shared services experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
