**TEAM LEAD GL-R2R**:Our team in **Heredia** currently has an opening for a **Team Lead GL-R2R****YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Review accuracy and timeliness of accounting data entry and reconciliation as well as undertake corrective measures if required- Review data quality captured in General Ledger module and propose improvements to Manager to assist Financial/ Management reporting- Ensure compliance to agreed service levels, company policies and procedures- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for increased process efficiency- Take the lead in issue resolution of operational matters- Coach team members to improve skills and knowledge required to perform their job effectively**YOUR PROFILE**:- Advanced knowledge/ use of ERP (Oracle and/or SAP) and office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)- Knowledge of BlackLIne system (preferred)- Excellent leadership and management skills (e.g. planning, organisation, direction of employees)- Good verbal and written communication skills in English- 3 to 5 years of work experience- 2 years of shared services experience- 2+ years of leadership experience**OUR OFFER**:We Offer a dynamic work environment, hybrid working model and great benefits.**INTERESTED?**: Brenntag HR Team
