In this opportunity, we seek a **Team Engagement Advisor** for work in the People Experience team.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct regular follow-up and satisfaction meetings with employees to detect areas for improvement, propose initiatives and manage the necessary changes. Work on people's motivation.
- Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with the leaders on the client's side. Achieve a general understanding of the project, the structure, and the scope of each collaborator's role within the project. Get to know each client's leader, their manner, and personality to give better advice to the employees on how to communicate and act when faced with a situation.
- Provide advice and assistance regarding People's Experience policies and processes. resolving doubts and queries.
- Provide bi-directional feedback: update the client on employee satisfaction, trying to solve any disagreements they may have (with the project, tasks, work organization, etc.), as well as get feedback from the team leaders in the client and communicate it in a timely and effective way to each person.
- Act as a facilitator between the client and the team members when factors affecting workflow are detected.
- Detect training needs and assist in developing an individual plan by knowing what aspect needs to be strengthened to enhance their performance (with input from the individual and the client). Approve course requests from the assigned population.
- Assist in defining and monitoring the progress of the development plans of the assigned scope of collaborators. Detect situations of labor stagnation and propose role/project changes to the People Experience manager.
- With the client's and her/his own vision, she/he is in charge of completing the semi-annual performance evaluations and transmitting clear feedback. Generate improvement action plans if necessary.
- Report low and outstanding performance to the PX Manager.
- Be an ambassador of Devlane's culture to spread our values in each team.

What do we require from you?
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources areas, preferably in generalist roles or with a soft focus. Experience in recruiting only is not enough.
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Experience as a hrbp, demonstrating closeness to team leaders.
- Be a student or graduate in Psychology (preferably) or Human Resources (training in coaching will be an asset).
- Advanced and fluent English
