**Responsibilities**:
Provide Team Member support by ensuring all incoming questions are fully
addressed in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot Team Member questions using critical analysis and problem solving
to resolve the issue before escalating or routing up or to another department.
- Consult with assigned business units to resolve challenges and business problems
by responding, developing, implementing, and executing proactive solutions as
needed.
- Help educate Team Members on policies, procedures, and self-service tools
available.
Data Entry, Analysis, and Integrity
- Support daily P&O operations with data entry transactions pertaining to hiring,
contractor onboarding, team member status changes, compensation, service
dates, recurring reports, etc.
- Create reports that will give us insights into areas we can optimize.
- Receives, evaluates, verifies, and processes all relevant source data
documentation for entries.
Conduct audits to ensure accurate dual entry of HR
transactions.

Qualifications:

**Requirements**:
- Strong attention to detail, effective communicator, and a proven problemsolver.
- Highly proficient with technology, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of the team, meet
deadlines, and interact with all levels of Team Members and Leaders.
- Strong customer focus; dedicated to delivering timely help.
- Two plus years of experience working with Team Members, data and or systems.
- Ability to maintain strict confidence in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of applicable experience in HRIS or HR Shared Services support with an
emphasis on providing support to Team Members and processing transactions in
the HCM system.
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree related to Human Resources or other
applicable fields of study/equivalent professional experience may be
considered
