Tax Specialist Ii

**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate timely monthly/quarterly/annually US tax returns for each of the business units.
- Analyze, prepare, and pay timely US tax returns.
- Answer any inquiries about US tax related matter.
- Keep control and ensure all relevant documentation that support tax filings are properly saved in a single repository.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage US tax reconciliation files.
- Assist with the internal tax controls to ensure tax fillings quality and timely submission.
**Required Skills - External**

**Requirements**:
**EDUCATION/LANGUAGE**
- BSBA degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration.
Or advance studies in accounting.
- Excellent communication both verbal and written in English (C1)
- Specialization in taxes.
**EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**
- 3+ years of experience in Finance and or US or local Tax Transactions.
- Previous US tax environment exposure
- Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc.
- Experience working with an automated accounting system (eg: Oracle, SAP, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) ).
- Knowledge in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Dataverse is a plus.
