**Descripción**:Tax Senior AnalystThis position consists of carrying out tax compliance and tax accounting functions including:- Preparation and filing of tax returns and payments including income and non-income taxes, VAT, withholding taxes, and related accounting matters (provision, current and deferred, account reconciliation interacting with e-Recon, tax rate analysis, etc.) for countries covered by the LATAM Tax Centralization Unit (TCU) following Risk and Controls Guidelines.- Monthly current and deferred tax liability calculation, basing on data provided by Finance and its verification, journal posting.- Reconciliation of the tax balances on the ledger & effective tax rate analysis.- Tax reporting for internal purposes.- Current Income tax provisions calculation- Interaction with different stakeholders in the related countries and the region in functions like Finance, Operations, Businesses, plus external counsels hired to assist in tax compliance matters, plus with Corporate Tax as well as with Regional Finance representatives.**Requisitos**:**Knowledge/Experience**:- Graduate in Finance or Public Accounting or directly related field.- Previous tax experience, at least 8 years.- Be able to demonstrate experience preparing and filing returns in different countries.- Excellent working knowledge of Excel.- Knowledge of financial sector accounting and systems would be an advantage.- Able to demonstrate experience of suggesting pragmatic solutions to problems and conclude where appropriate.- Demonstrate experience of working to multiple deadlines.- Be able to work unsupervised on day-to-day responsibilities.- Demonstrate experience of working as part of a team to achieve team goals- Demonstrate ability to manage several different issues and be able to manage own time appropriately.- Demonstrate an ability to quickly understand new technical issues.**Skills**:- English advance B2.- Analytical skills- MS Office literacy, especially MS Excel- Working on databases- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player**Qualifications**:- Graduate degree in finance, public accounting, or directly related field and/or Tax specialization degree- Previous Tax Compliance experience related to one or some of the following LATAM countries: Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Panamá, Dominican Republic, Perú and Ecuador.- Preferable to have work experience on US multinationals- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.**Competencies**:- Very good analytical skills.- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.- Able to organize and prioritize own workload to accomplish variety of tasks within defined timelines.- Strong interpersonal skills.- Motivated self-starterBeneficiosPosición por 3 meses con posibilidad de ser extendido.
