**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Manage job postings on a variety of external job sites and our applicant tracking system, including updating applicant status throughout the process, phone screen synopsis, and documentation of all feedback from hiring managers.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- English B2+ (Fluent).
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of direct sourcing experience; call center or agency experience.
- Experience with a broad range of recruitment tools including social media, networking platforms and internet searches to generate prospects.
- Proven ability to directly source talent at all levels, adopting and implementing creative sourcing methods.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and applicant tracking systems.
Desired:
Previous experience using Service Now for ticket servicing.
Experience using Workday Recruiter ATS.
