**Job Summary**
To run a 360-talent search amongst all sourcing channels and talent pools to identify and seduce the best most suitable talent to fulfill the organization's HC requirements.
**Requirements**:
- **High English Proficiency (85%>) (Must).**:
- **Full Schedule Flexibility (must).**:
- **Previous Customer Service & Technical Support Experience (must).**:
- **Student of English Teaching (In-Progress or Completed) (must).**:
- **Results oriented. Capable of delivering results under pressure (must).**:
- **Availability to attend on-site job fairs (must).**:
- **Able to WFH temporarily and availability to work on site 2 days per week in San Pedro (must).**:
- **Customer Service Oriented (must).**:
- **Time Management Skills (desired).**:
- Knowledge of how to interact with Microsoft Windows Operative Systems.
- Schedule flexibility. Availability to work on weekends + OT as required.
- Organized. Capable of prioritizing daily tasks towards time maximization and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
- To deep dive into all talent pools and prescreen the best most suitable talent according to the profiles required, considering diverse important elements cascaded by leadership.
- Tu run all mandatory filters to validate and confirm that applicants are compliant with the organization's hiring protocols.
- To ensure every interaction and/or interview is properly and accurately documented in our Recruiting systems.
- To efficiently fulfill Massive Recruiting agenda buckets, booking the most suitable potential talent.
- To keep a log and tracking of all performed interactions.
- To participate in job fairs and talent capturing events as required.
- To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate Superior and Management.
