**OBJECTIVE**
**TYPICAL RESPONSABILITIES**
- Develops an overall training plan to meet the current and planned human resources requirements of the organization
- Liaises with HRBPs to analyze and identify training and development needs and designs appropriate learning activities in order to ensure they are a conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards
- Implements, reviews and updates training policies and procedures
- Develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs and curriculum so that the know-how, skills, and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future requirements
- Selects and manages ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
- Keeps up-to-date on training and education trends in the industry so that the organization's training activities remain current and relevant
- Regularly supports important **T&D initiatives** in an area of expertise
- Supports the co facilitation of the annual Talent Review Cycle within the region and holds cross functional sessions to guarantee talent exposure to senior leaders
- Supports **talent pipeline planning** approaches to ensure robust succession plans, quality talent pools and early identification of key leadership pipeline gaps
- Supports **development of career pathways** for talent (functionally and cross-functionally), and supports the facilitation of cross functional moves for the purposes of talent development
- ** Provides Talent and Development input** into other areas of HR on required interventions
- Supports the business with projects and initiatives to drive improved T&D practices
- Responsible for building, and maintaining Development Plans for Business Critical Roles
- Creates, delivers and maintains monthly regular reports on measures and Learning and Development performance delivery, learning effectiveness and employee surveys
- Support the completion of **GPTW** requirements and implementation of the survey
- Supports **Pulse** requirements and activities in order to meet global process standards and local needs

**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience***
**Esenciales/** Essential**
- University degree in HR, Psicology, or related Fields
- Experience of 5 years in HR related roles
- Strong assertive communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships
- Strong organization skills
- Advanced English level
