West Monroe is seeking a **Talent Management Operations Specialist** for our Talent Management team to support business partnership and deliver best-in-class solutions.
This role is located in Costa Rica and will provide talent support in Costa Rica and for Practices globally.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily operational support in the areas of onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and relations as well as being a workplace culture champion.
The Talent Management Operations Specialist will collaborate with the Talent Teams and other Shared Services functions to execute strategic human capital activities that support the needs and priorities of the business and drive proactive, strategic, forward-thinking solutions to employee and organizational issues.
**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide centralized operational support for Talent Management team for the following:

- Conduct off-boarding processes, including exit interviews, departure memo, separation agreements and system updates
- Facilitate FWA and LOA reporting requests
- Facilitate Extended Time off requests
- Process CA changes
- Partner with Costa Rica HR Operations team on local employee onboarding and orientation support for new hires
- Build credible and trusting relationships with Costa Rica-based employee population
- Support key HR processes including talent review, Talent Mobility, compensation planning for location/practice areas

**Here's what you need to bring to the table**:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, business or related field
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services or management consulting firm
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, influence and collaborate
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment
- Strong skills at building relationships with various levels in an organization
- Strong facilitation, influencing and conflict resolution skill
- A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives
