**Administrative and back office activities important for the hiring process will be performed by the Talent Coordinator and include, but are not limited to**:
- Supporting activities for all hiring profiles on the Applicant Tracking Systems ATS
- Auditing requisitions for compliance
- Supporting pre and post offer processes and or changes
- Providing support with process documentation
- Generating employment related contracts
- Providing offer development support
- Being a liaison with the Post Offer Support and Onboarding teams
**Qualifications**
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Must be an active student of, or must possess a Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience performing administrative and/or data entry activities at multinational companies.
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- MS Office products to manage data and reports and update processes as applicable Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- 1+ years' of experience supporting hiring processes in Latin America.
- 1+ years' experience with Workday Recruitment modules.
- 1+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process improvement, Quality.
