**The Coordinator will be performing various administrative and back office activities important for the process which include but are not limited to**:
- Support lead to hire activities for all hiring profiles on the Applicant Tracking Systems ATS
- Audit requisitions for compliance
- Support pre and post offer processes and or changes
- Provide support with process documentation as applicable
- Generate employment related contracts
- Facilitate requisition status management
- Provide offer development support-
- Be a liaison between the Talent Acquisition and the Post Offer Support teams to ensure flawless execution between the hiring and onboarding process
- Ensure processes are executed with high quality
- Work as a team to successfully execute the hiring process
- Solve problems and propose and execute ideas to continuously improve
- Prioritize manage different tasks in parallel problem solve and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Become a process expert pay attention to details and deliver their work with high quality
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Must be pursuing or has completed a Technical or Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field OR 3+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Advanced English level (B2+ minimum)
- 2+ year of experience in Customer Service
- 2+ year of experience in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) to manage data and reports and update processes as applicable
- 2+ year of experience supporting hiring processes or managing Admin tasks for different stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Recruiting and Sourcing Stakeholder Management experience influencing others and providing solutions to difficult situations
- Experience working with Multinational Companies
