Job Description:

The TA Team Lead oversees recruiters who implement and execute the recruitment and onboarding program and policies.
Works with the business to understand and anticipate hiring needs Ensures all tasks including sourcing, assessment, selection, and on-boarding are performed to full satisfaction of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and action plan, and the broader organization's mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
Manage, monitor, and review the work of a team to make sure processes and procedures are properly implemented and ensure the team is achieving defined objectives and standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human resources or related field.
3 - 6 years experience in end to end recruiting cycle
1-3 years experience of general supervision of more junior colleagues
