**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
A typical day for you may be a combination of:
- Spearheading scheduling communications, troubleshooting potential calendar conflicts, and determining location logistics
- Assisting with team operations: i.e. team calendar management, inbox monitoring, updating shared templates, updating Trello, folder organizing, etc.,
- Monitoring and tracking job postings on our database and LinkedIn
- Engaging in relevant meetings and debriefs to understand important decision-making
- Conducting weekly reports and other ad-hoc reports as necessary
- Connecting with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations Working on ad-hoc projects (talent sourcing, recruiting, and talent research)
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- Experience. 1-3 years of work experience, Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Confidence. You have the inside scoop, so we ask that you also have a well-developed sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Organization. You'll have busy days handling high volumes of information so expect to be organized, detail-oriented, and great at time management. You'll have a great team, so you have the ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Tech Savvy. You'll be working with computer programs and our software, so computer proficiency is required (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
