Talent Acquisition Specialist

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:A typical day for you may be a combination of:- Spearheading scheduling communications, troubleshooting potential calendar conflicts, and determining location logistics- Assisting with team operations: i.e. team calendar management, inbox monitoring, updating shared templates, updating Trello, folder organizing, etc.,- Monitoring and tracking job postings on our database and LinkedIn- Engaging in relevant meetings and debriefs to understand important decision-making- Conducting weekly reports and other ad-hoc reports as necessary- Connecting with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations Working on ad-hoc projects (talent sourcing, recruiting, and talent research)**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:- Experience. 1-3 years of work experience, Talent Acquisition preferred.- Confidence. You have the inside scoop, so we ask that you also have a well-developed sense of discretion and confidentiality.- Organization. You'll have busy days handling high volumes of information so expect to be organized, detail-oriented, and great at time management. You'll have a great team, so you have the ability to work both in a team and independently.- Tech Savvy.
