Job Description We are seeking a Talent Acquisition to join our team.As a Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for partnering with all stakeholders to identify, engage, and hire quality talent by committing to start dates.You will be responsible for filling all roles on time with quality talent.Conduct kick-off calls Build on sourcing skills by creating detailed searches in sourcing tools Proactively negotiate with candidates Ensure interviewers are prepared for interviews Escalate blockers to hiring leads on time Ability to manage both contract and permanent roles Expert knowledge of competitor set and job market Deliver on hiring commitments and KPIs Understand core agile values, mindset, methods, roles, and how to apply them in daily activities and behaviors.Understand a value framework to help drive prioritization around the evolution of a process or journey Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within Talent Acquisition Consult hiring manager throughout the interview process – provides regular updates on the interview process and escalates where necessary.Proactively manage interviewer and hiring manager expectations of timeline, start dates, delays, etc.Have consultative conversations with the candidate – focusing on their experience.Ensure accurate data in ATS (i.e.– resume, interview status, expected start date).Uses this data to ensure hiring goals are met.Create a positive candidate experience with timely communication, effective interview prep, and details about the role, interview process, and timeline Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Expert knowledge of competitor set and job market Understanding core agile values, mindset, methods, roles, and how to apply them in daily activities and behaviors.Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement within Talent Acquisition High English Level Additional Information What you'll get!Access to Prepaid Medical Plan Employee engagement activities and events Work from Home Flexible Schedules Technical training, soft skills development, technical certifications, access to online libraries and e-learning platforms Wellness Program Career progression plans - Career path program
