**About this opportunity**

This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. We would love for you to join a fun and cutting-edge technology company that has helped create millions of smiles.

**In this role, you will**
- Use data and metrics, and an understanding of the long-term business requirements, to advise business units, country, or subsidiaries on the implications of talent gaps. Leads the development of staffing processes and strategies.
- Analyze relevant data and trends to provide insight and set plans to meet hiring goals. Connect data to cross-organization goals and leads conversations across groups to address broad hiring issues. Leads the implementation of a hiring plan for complex organizations, areas, or talent pools that addresses both business demand and availability of talent for a business unit or country short-term and long-term needs (12 months and beyond).
- Leverage long-term relationships with talent pools and communities across the industry. Develop a comprehensive approach that integrates multiple concepts (e.g. community building, business intelligence) to create an innovative sourcing strategy for a division, set of countries, or subsidiaries.
- Own Early Talent agenda, specific reskilling programs as well as various internship programs.
- Lead the optimization of staffing policies, systems, and processes throughout their organization, and guides stakeholders on the impact of these changes.

**In this role, you'll need **

**Typically**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Human Resources or
- Master's degree with 0-12 months of experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Project management and data analyst skills.
- Experience driving full talent lifecycle actions for an organization
