You work in Mondelez International Business Services to lead in the development of tools, frameworks and skills that ensure the effective delivery of the experience strategy for a specific process area (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.).
You also work with other service operations employees to ensure they are using processes and tools to ensure an impeccable customer experience.

- Knowledge cascading including training others and creating process documentation (for example, standard operating procedures)
- Key performance indicator reporting
- Project management

- Good communicating and interpersonal skill with judgment and decision-making capability and the ability to articulate ideas, actively listen, and read non-verbal communication
- Engaging, inspiring, and influencing people
- Analyzing and synthesizing ideas to draw objective conclusions and to write concise reports
**More about this role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with Sourcing Lead, Senior TA Sourcing Advisors and hiring managers to understand search position requirements and build-out strategic sourcing pipeline for key roles and projects as needed
- Conduct initial outreach into target organizations and specific industry sectors to assist in identifying top talent
- Work with the Talent CoE and People Leads to identify and prioritize search needs.
**Education / Certifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree
**Job specific requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a good understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology
- Prior search experience, preferably with a highly matrixed, global organization or search firm developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to compete for top talent in a competitive environment
- Ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.)
- Good stakeholder and project management skills
- Strong organizational skills - ability to plan, drive and track metrics for multiple recruiting programs.
The ability to work to tight hiring timelines
