Experian Talent Acquisition Operations is seeking a Communications, Change Management & Analytics lead to support our Global Talent Acquisition function. This role can be located in the US or Costa Rica and will lead our TA communication, change management, and training initiatives.
The position will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager based in the US. To thrive in this role you must be a communications expert with strong TA, change management, and analytics experience.
**Job Description**:
This role will support our Global Talent Acquisition function and will be a key member of our TA process improvement transformation team. This person will identify,** **develop, monitor, and implement routines related to Communications, Change Management, Analytics, Training.
This position's responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing our TA communications approach and plan
- Localizing and cascading communications
- Sharing feedback from various projects with the program steering committee
- Customizing communication channels and messaging
- Analyzing stakeholder groups and their preferred communication channels
- Localizing communication approach, plan and templates
- Monitoring and adapting communication plans as needed
- Adhering to communication toolkit, including brand approved creatives/templates
- Defining communications governance and comms review process
- Executing change management routines which includes (but not limited to):
- Updating key stakeholders
- Developing & publishing FAQs
- Identifying training requirements
- Develop training strategy and knowledge transfer plans
- Preparing training materials
- Partnering closely with Regional TA Leaders to ensure they are getting effective communications and training support
- Conducting regular check ins to ensure quality TA services are being delivered
- Provide data, analytics, and reporting on TA performance that will help TA leadership constantly improve
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of communications or TA operations experience
- Strong expertise in TA process and systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, public speaking and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of reporting analytics, automation and quality tools to aid in governance
- Must be innovative and skillful at problem solving, self-motivated and able to prioritize workload
- Strong analytics skills and Business Modeling techniques and methods (Intermediate level skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Motivated self-starter, able to work with mínimal guidance when necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong relationships across business and regions
- Results orientated with strong organizing skills
