Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, the Manager of Talent Acquisition - LATAM, will be the recruitment expert for some of WFS' most critical business groups and be a leader across the broader global Recruiting organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the entire recruiting cycle, from intake to offer extension for assigned requisitions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with leadership and key cross-functional internal stakeholders
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters (peers and direct reports) to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements
Develop appropriate market insights to consult with internal customers on target groups' characteristics and attraction drivers
- Liaise with various sources including industry associations and educational institutions to ensure access to top talent
- Partner with the different functions and HR Business Partners in the strategic planning of future headcount requirements and providing advice on sourcing strategies
- Monitor and manage specific performance metrics and SLAs for internal delivery that ensure high quality of hires as well as customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop a team of regional recruiters
- Drive the adoption of WFS's end-to-end process for profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting and on-boarding, and work alongside the global TA team to deliver continuous improvement
Help implement employer branding projects and develop an employee value proposition that appeals to the talent we want to attract and ensures that our company becomes an "employer of choice"

Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar careers
Job Qualifications
- 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies
- Experience working with external recruitment firms
- People leadership experience
- Portfolio management experience
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows and processes
- Comfort with ambiguity and able to independently drive resolution of issues and challenges
- Excellent written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels (employees and leaders); including strong presentation skills
- Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect and confidence
