The role:
**The Role**:
- Locations could include US, Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica in addition to other countries throughout the Americas
- If time permits and desire is there, learn sourcing techniques to hunt for talent via LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean searches, internal ATS, social media and other creative methods
- Contribute to various other global and regional HR projects such as benchmarking, internal mobility, diversity initiatives, and onboarding
**What success looks like**:
- All interview requests scheduled within 24-48 hours
- Quarterly audits ensure 100% accuracy across the recruiting team

What we need to see from you:
**What you offer**:
- 1+ years of experience working in a recruitment environment, preferably in a corporate setting
- Experience iCIMS preferred
- Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling interviews, and/or proven customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential and sensitive information, and attention to detail will be required
- Passion for creativity and constantly looking for new ways of working
