This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and highly service-oriented organization!**What you'll do**- Assist the Talent Acquisition Partners with opening job requisitions, and support Diversity/Early Careers recruiting events- Work collaboratively with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure recruiting objectives are achieved- Develop strong relationships with internal business and drive activity in support of their hiring objectives and processes- Consistently demonstrate an ability to streamline/improve the talent acquisition process by identifying and improving bottlenecks in the recruiting process- Ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations related to recruiting- Performs other duties and special project assignments as appropriate**Qualifications**:**What your background looks like**:- High School Diploma- 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or customer facing function, ideally in Recruiting or Human Resources- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.- Proven success working in a high-volume, multi-client environment- High level of motivation, self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation- Strong organization skills to plan and prioritize day to day responsibilities for optimum efficiency.- Ability to handle multiple tasks.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers- Must be able to clear the company's pre-employment screening**Preferred qualifications**:- Related Bachelor's degree and/or HR Program certificate- Previous experience supporting recruiting processes- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Smart Recruiters a plus)Additional InformationOur benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociación Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow togetherFind out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here- Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
