**What you'll do**:
- Establishes recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss staffing needs.
- Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Conduct background checks on applicants.
- Help build and maintain all company's job descriptions updated and revised.
- Recruit applicants for open positions and assist to job fairs with college campus representatives to attract emerging and new talent.
- Builds applicant pipelines by contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Studies applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Qualifications:
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Min 2 years experience in recruitment & selection of employees from entry level to Senior Leadership positions.
- Previous experience with employment related assessments.
- Experience with LinkedIn recruitment tools.
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting (screening, assessment & selection).
- Experience in talent-pooling.
- Experience of direct sourcing techniques.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, proficiency based).
- Solid communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across any levels of the organization.
