**What you will do**

The Talent Acquisition Partner role is a full lifecycle recruitment position responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent to support Stryker's organizational needs.
- Recruiting:_
- Leverages existing sourcing strategies
- Contribute to Social Media efforts and positively promote Stryker's brand
- Advise & Lead:_
- Listen to and understand the needs and motivations of all stakeholders
- Provides input for the hiring team's advice and guidance on the recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends, and best practices in close collaboration with the Recruiting Manager and more experienced TA Partners
- Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment
- Tactfully drive the hiring process to meet aggressive KPIs Innovate
- Participate in projects the Latin America region on the improvement of the TA function

**What you need**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
- 1+ years of recruitment experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting
- English and Spanish are required
