Job Description:

The Implements or performs a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including routine queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring complex issues to others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve routine queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring complex issues to others.
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelors degree on Business Administration or similar role.- 2 years of experience in similar roles in shared service industry.- Experience with Workday ATS- Proficient English level
