You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelez International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
**How you will contribute**
- Works with People Managers to establish business requirements and to determine applicant requirements leads and coaches managers throughout process to drive identification, selection and landing of best talent
- owning the creation and execution of a sourcing strategy to generate both active and passive talent for current and future vacancies

- Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Lead to understand and implement processes, drive continuous improvement and provide quality service

**Education / Certifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field is highly preferred.
- Very responsive and client focused
- Demonstrated learning agility, strategic agility and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Adept at influencing.
- Resielint and adaptable.
**Job specific requirements**:
- Superior English skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a Recruiting function is required.
- Experience recruiting for the United States is preferred.
- Experience in Manufacturing/ Supply chain positions will be preferred.
- Experience performing quality assurance tasks is preferred.
- Experience in sourcing tools and sourcing methodologies is required.
