**What the role is**
This role will lead all the operations for Selina Tours in the location and maintain all the relationships with the community around the location.
**What you will be doing**
Manage and lead all Selina Tours operations
Design optimal business model for existing and new properties
Establish and maintain relationships and partnerships with all 3rd parties
Source innovative and exciting experiences for our guests
Responsible for and reporting of all business activity
Motivate location teams to proactively sell and manage all Tours
Work closely with Sales & Marketing department
Constant support of Location Managers
Opening successful Tours business in every new Selina hostel
Management and performance of all existing Tours offices
Creating successful Tours/Sales packages
Designing unique content to maximize guest experiences
Quantifying local impact of each tour and partner
Strategic transportation network between all Selina hostels
**What you need for the role**
Fluency in Spanish and English
Minimum of 3 years working in tours/travels industry
History of living and traveling within Latin America
Experience working with travel agencies and tours operators
Well versed in systems and financial reporting norms
