About the Role: As a Travel and Expense (T&E) Analyst II, you will be responsible for auditing expense reports, processing payments in SAP, participating in acquisitions go-live activities, and providing feedback to the team regarding new updates.
You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for travel and expense processes Your Responsibilities Include: Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Process payments in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Participate in acquisitions go-live activities, including system integration and process alignment.
Provide feedback to the team regarding new updates and changes in the T&E processes.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for travel and expense-related queries and issues.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Support internal and external audits related to travel and expense processes.
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation for T&E procedures and processes.
Assist in the development and reporting of department metrics.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
02 years of experience in similar positions Proficiency in English (90%+).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactiveness and the ability to work independently.
Excellent soft skills related to audit and process improvement.
Experience with SAP and knowledge of expense management processes.
Strong and clear communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple, competing priorities.
