**Job Description**:
**Summary of Primary Responsibilities**
- Ensure project team understands the Service Acceptance Validation process.
- Validation of alerts, documents and procedures required to perform support operations efficiently.
- Simulation of error handling with real operations procedures to restore the service.
- Ensure Pen testing and vulnerability testing has been performed.
- Create test cases for validation and the break fix strategy.
- Perform validation testing to ensure requirements are met.
- Ensure knowledge transfer is complete.
- Ensure backup configuration is according to standards.
- Ensure PSA has been approved and all security related controls are met.
- Ensure Agents are installed, configured, and running properly according to stablished parameters.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years in an IT related field
- Experience in process related roles like Service Transition, Release Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, etc is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to discuss and present technical ideas to non-technical audience
- Ability to learn and deploy new tech quickly and effectively
- A service-oriented attitude - you do what it takes to get the job done correctly
- Ability to identify and prioritize workload appropriately
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimum oversight
- Be eager to learn, pick up new technologies, and be proficient in a short time
- Working knowledge of a broad range of technologies
- Be a team player problem solver, and motivated to advance and grow
- Meticulous - you have a fine eye for details
- Resourceful Problem Solver - you always find a way to make it work
- Convey confidence while building rapport with clients
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress

- Articulate - you can communicate professionally over the phone, in person, and in writing
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Systems Admin Experience is a plus
- Cisco software knowledge and experience with VPN is a plus
- Knowledge on Linux and Windows operating systems is a plus
- ITIL foundations certification is a plus
