ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Vulnerability Reporting Engineer is part of a large, global hands-on, technical support team, that focuses on high-quality customer support to keep our Employee Technology and Operations services running smoothly. We are looking for an individual that enjoys working with new technologies, striving to provide great technology capabilities and services to our end users, as well as help maintain Experian Digital Workplace relationships across the globe. The Vulnerability Reporting Engineer will provide day-to-day support for our Desktop Engineering team, managing complex reports. We are looking for an individual that can work in a fast-paced team and help create a great "user experience" for Experian.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain SQL reporting server-
- Create production and reporting templates and presentations to accommodate vulnerability status and action plans-
- Manage large amounts of data and reconcile between various sources-
- Develop complex reports for weekly and monthly review meetings held with the CTO Leadership Team Executives-
- Manage requests for data for internal and client audits-
- Manage risk item creation, reporting and closing-
- Gather, document and analyze business requirements for reports based on business needs-
- Focus on automation and enhancement of key business reports and dashboards-
- Track and communicate progress of vulnerability statusFollow escalation process to reassign assets that are incorrectly assigned to the team in the CMDB-
- Raise/escalate CI DisputesREPORTING LINES- Reports to the Desktop Engineer ManagerRELATIONSHIPS- Build credible influential relationships with various business units across the globe-
- Ability to create, interact and present reports to Executives globally-
- Own and manage agreed relationships in regional BU's**Qualifications**:
QUALIFICATIONS
Required skills and abilities:
- Demonstrate strong analytical, technical, communication and quantitative skills-
- Ability to understand data and translate it into executive communications and actionable information-
- Requires strong Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint and Access database skills a must-
- 5-7 years of experience in the data analyst and reporting field-
- Must have superior oral and written English communication skills-
- Superior inter-personal and customer service skills-
- Superior organizational skills-
- Experience with SQL server a must-
- Experience with Service Now a must-
- Experience with Archer a plus-
- Experience with Rapid 7 a must-
- Superior knowledge of data analytics toolsThis is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
