**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions using PowerApps, Forms, Workflows and PowerBI to meet business needs
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in the Microsoft 365 space
- Provide day-to-day administration, development, and end-user support for Office365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other related services.
- Configure, manage and maintain the Office365 environment, including user accounts, security, and compliance settings.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements using Office365 tools and services.
- Perform regular health checks of the Office365 environment and ensure the integrity and availability of all data.
- Implement and manage Office365 policies and procedures, including disaster recovery, data backup and retention, and security.
- Provide technical support to end-users in resolving Office365 related issues and work with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Stay current with the latest developments in Office365 and related technologies and make recommendations for improving the environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in administration, development, and end-user support for Microsoft 365
- Strong experience developing solutions using PowerApps, Forms, Workflows and PowerBI
- Experience with security and compliance in an Microsoft 365 environment
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with PowerShell and automating tasks in the Office365 environment.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and identity management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
