**Job Description**:
This individual will be part of an operations team whose responsibility will be to monitor, support, administer and manage all aspects of the Axway Secure Transport software within Experian Global File Transfer.
This includes configuring file transfers in Axway Secure Transport to securely deliver files to intended destination.
Including working with internal and external customers to configure and troubleshoot file transfers.
**Responsibilities**:
Secure Transport Administrator will be responsible for daily monitoring of the system health.
Integrating new process instances into the Secure Transport environment.
Creating new routing processes within Secure Transport.
Monitoring and resolving Service Now tickets for new incidents and tickets for service meeting daily Service Level Agreements.
This includes:
- Administrate and manage all aspects of the Axway Secure Transport software.
- Configure secure file transfer (SFTP, AWS S3 etc.)
definitions in Axway Secure Transport to securely deliver files to intended destination.
- Works with internal and external customers to configure and troubleshoot file transfers.
- Implements proper security certificates for file transfer protocols.
- Monitors performance of file transfers and resolves operational problems.
- Coordinates the installation of Axway Secure Transport software on Linux platforms.
- Work with vendor, client, internal businesses to troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinating the installation of Axway Secure Transport software on Linux platforms and performing system upgrades.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Identify and implement new processes and best practices.
- Rotating on call support for global businesses
**Qualifications**:
- Must have a minimum 4 years in files transfer field.
- Working knowledge of file transfer protocols, FTP, FTPS, SSH, HTTPS.
- Required working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating environment.
(Putty/Linux, VI).
- Highly focused on following security procedures.
- Experience in a 1st \ 2nd line operational support role
- Experience working with security certificates for encryption/decryption and authentication.
- Experience monitoring and resolving file transfer issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload with multiple competing priorities with mínimal supervision
- A willingness to embrace change, innovate and drive automation and to adapt strategies on the fly.
- Proficient documentation skills; able to fully document operational requirements, proposed solutions, processes and data flows effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Outstanding command of the English (or primary customer) language.
- Comfortable with working across multiple technology platforms, with self-motivation to gain understanding of systems quickly
- Ability to work in an on-call rotation schedule and be able to support other regions.
- Installation and configuration of multi-node architecture environments, including upgrades and platform migration.
Knowledge and Additional Experience and Skills (Plus Skill, but not needed).
- Axway Secure Transport maintenance and administration
- Desired expereince in AWS S3, Azure Blob and other cloud storage services.
- Knowledge and experience with Jira tickets and Project Management would be advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow principles would be advantageous but not essential.
- Desired experience supporting ConnectDirect and Mainframe environments.
