System Support Specialist

**Summary**

This role will work within Build and Run Operations - Identity & Access Management team and will be primarily managing the daily operations of the Main Directory Services and Cloud Identity service.
The services within Main Directory Services include Microsoft Active Directory, MS AD LDS, Active Directory Federation Service FID Federation, Microsoft Identity Management (MIM), Azure AD.

You will be responsible for supporting the directory service globally; ensuring the directory services infrastructure meets the business agreed SLA and on-time to provide quality service support globally; assess the gaps and propose and implement improvements in the environment; and requires on call during weekday

You will have at least 2-5 years' experience supporting Active Directory
