**Location**:Cartago, Costa Rica, CR**Job Family**: Quality Assurance**Country/Region**: Costa RicaJob function summarySVS Project Manager is responsible for ensuring completion of projects according to scope, plan, budget, and relevant instructions within the following categories: Material and design change on existing productsOptimization or troubleshooting of production related initiatives or critical production errors and high complaint levels resulting from raw materialsCost reduction projects due to financial reasons or to mitigate risk at current supplier second source projectsLocal related projects requested by ManagementSVS Project Manager shall manage projects with a global mind-set and with holistic thinking - respect to the cultural differences and local production set up. SVS Project Coordinator shall take part in the global SVS Project Management organization setup and represent SVS Project Management in the Quality Department.Major areas of responsibilities- Coordinating and managing local projects- Responsibility for analysing, scoping and mobilising projects within Global Quality- Ensuring successful completion of project within scope, schedule, and budget- Ensuring project documentation meets regulatory requirements and Coloplast guidelines.- Ensuring project status and relevant decision within the project are communicated to all team members and stakeholders- Coordinating the project team deliverables during the project- Ensuring flow and momentum in projects, which optimizes value for the business- Responsibility for reporting status, KPIs, risks and issues to Head of SVS Project Management and Steering Committee- Have focus on material shortage during the entire project lifetime- Contributing to general competence development and knowledge sharing in the department- Participating in development and maintenance of procedures and instructions relevant to SVS Project Management- Achieving the indicators set by the management- Responsible and obliged to follow the safety, fire protection and other company regulations- Responsible and obliged to follow the rules concerning production in cleanroom- Obliged to do every other task asked only by the immediate superior of the company in relation with the corporate activities- Performing their job in compliance with the guidelines given- Drawing attention to the manager to any difficulties in understanding or following the guidelines- Drawing attention to inefficiency of the system- Take responsibility for those safety aspects identified for the given positionEssential qualifications- BSc.
