We empower our employees to challenge the status quo, make bold recommendations, experiment, and adapt, so we can grow together and make a great business even better.As a Sustainability and Foundation Sr. Manager for LATAM you will have the opportunity to build Coca-Cola Foundation and Community Affairs strategy aligned with business needs.Here's some of the things you'll be doing:Define Economic Empowerment strategy across the region and support zones in execute and track local programs.Build alliances that create value for the company through the generation of projects that consolidate the company's social license as a socially responsible company committed to the community. Internally align the strategy of the Foundation and the Community Affairs area to target projects that build corporate reputation through community programs. Lead the relationship with KO Global Foundation. Promote the actions of the Coca-Cola Foundation and Community Affairs among the different areas of the company and in the multifunctional teams (PAC, Social License, among others) Responsible to identify and summarize partners to different Foundation Projects. Responsible for alignment with KO Bottlers Foundations. Ensure response to multiply internal resources with external allies. Strong understanding of the system and the community organizations. Responsible for Coca-Cola Foundation strategy and funds in the region.Support zones in the process of Grants requisition.Qualifications & RequirementsFluent English and Spanish5-8 years of total working experience in different areas. Knowledge about social impact.
