**In this role, your primary responsibilities include**:
- Collaborate closely with dentists and oral surgeons, to understand treatment goals and specific patient requirements
- Utilize dental surgical planning software, such as medical imaging software and CAD/CAM software, to create 3D virtual models of the patient's oral area
- Evaluate incoming digital data (CBCT, STL, ) to assess the quality in order to prepare an appropriate plan
- Design customized surgical guides and virtual anatomical models to assist during dental surgeries
- Plan the optimal position and angle of dental implants, considering oral anatomy and aesthetic goals
- Conduct virtual simulations and testing to evaluate the feasibility and anticipated outcomes of the surgical plans
- Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in digital dental surgical planning
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all plans and procedures performed
**Your profile**:
- Dental technician or bachelor´s degree in Dentistry or a related field
- A team player that is comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
- In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy and the maxillofacial region
- Strong technical skills and ability to utilize digital technology and specialized software
- Experienced in dental CAD software
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and occlusion
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care
- Fluent in English
