TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination.
They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.

POSITION: SUPERVISOR II FACILITIES Responsible for maintenance procedures and actions, management and coordination of maintenance/facilities resources, ensuring the optimal operation of facilities and process equipment of the plant.
Close involvement and follow up on critical KPI´s of the area as OEE, OPEX budget control, energy consumption, equipment availability, among others.
Accomplishment of Preventive Maintenance Program and constant revision and improvement of related routines.
Ensures and maintains all the records of preventive and corrective maintenance as required by QMS.
Experience on projects execution on continuous improvement for equipment, facilities and processes in charge.
Brings guidance and follow up of maintenance and facilities technicians and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience on problem solving techniques & analysis, planning and CM/PM practices.
University degree in Maintenance, Electromechanical, Mechanical or Electric engineer.
5 years of experience in equivalent positions.
Experience in personnel management, spare parts management, environmental and energy management.
Prior experience on medical devices industry will be considered as a plus Management of vendor and contractors.
Medium English level, capacity to be organized and work by objectives.
