University bachelor's degree completed in Information/Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related tech-field.
- 2+ year(s) of experience as Support Engineer, Web Developer/Consultant, Software Account Manager (SQL, Python, C++, etc)
- 3+ years of experience as Front-line Manager/Lead/Supervisor leading a team of at least 10 employees.
- Work experience in internal and external customer, stakeholder, performance and escalation management.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).

**Job responsabilites are but not limited to**:
- Ensure all employees have the necessary tools to be successful in their roles through consistent, regular 1:1, monitoring, onboarding and training.
- Facilitate audits to ensure consistent and shared workload to balance shift coverage based on business needs.
- Monitor and maintain agent productivity levels in accordance with targets and KPI's.
- Develop and manage effective relationships with Sellers, internal stakeholders, vendors, HR and recruitment.
- Continuous improvement; support and facilitate operational improvements to support team processes.
