Support Engineer

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience with cloud computing, and AWS in particular
- Experience with agile project management methodology and Jira
- Ability to self-manage and work well with remote teams.
- Ability to work with Markdown documents, Git repositories, and other common software engineering tools.
- Strong command of Linux command line
- Strong written and spoken English.

**Nice to haves**
- Familiarity with Zendesk
- Experience with Amazon ECS and/or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, and Cosmos in particular
- Experience with any of the following technologies: Rust, TypeScript
