**As a Supply Line Segment Lead your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
- Responsible for converting manufacturing and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics.
- Focus on order management to ensure Assembly Test Manufacturing (ATM) factories on-site inventory stays healthy or optimized based on collaboration efforts with Supply Line Analyst.
- Always looking into the opportunities to enable a streamlined, reliable and effective services for outsource buyers team to execute the routine operation tasks without causing any spares availability issues in ATM factories.
- Managing supplier performance based on the supplier accounts that owned by segment lead.
- Coordinates purchasing activities with outsource buyers such as order delivery management which not limited to PO management, supplier on-time delivery management, address repetitive late offenders and ensuring spares setup on time to meet the factory startup or ramp.
- Prevent supply and demand gaps for ATM factories.
- Monitors the acquisition of materials in support of ramping factories, sustaining factories and dispositions materials proactively and timely to prevent the waste created in ATM factories.
- Executes contractual requirements as well as meets with suppliers to discuss performance, cost opportunities, and future operational strategies.
- Partners with the factories to drive the lowest possible materials and service impact to tool availability.
- Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to support factory Service Level Agreements and quality requirements.
- Participates in the development and improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the organization.
- Works with cross organizational teams to solve problems and drive supply chain solutions.
- Highly focus on strategically driving the systemic fixed on order deliver management gaps on key suppliers; drive the proliferations.
- This role acquires strong leadership, initiative to provide the inputs and recommendation on making improvements on order delivery management; partnership with Business Process Manager to document it and drive for standard BPM which will helps the team to march towards BPx on availability and cost management for ATM factories.
- Proactive management of commodities by creating predictive analysis techniques and providing business insights through data analytics.
- Analyze supply vs demand to make purchasing decisions.
- Negotiates with suppliers on material or tool delivery, prioritization, and expedites.
- Managing the internal stakeholder needs with the supplier capabilities.
- Drives and participates in the development of system or process improvements and supply chain solutions across organizational teams.
- Owns the quality of the business processes and continuous improvement.
- Owns reconciling and managing the payments including any warranty, remedies and credits.
- Ease to work independently.
- Strong discipline handling the assigned task with minimum coaching on KTBR.
- Strong interest to provide or drive out of box business processes improvement based on the gaps seen in the team.
- Acquires strong problem solving skills, stakeholder management and communication skills to deal with different stakeholders internally and externally with suppliers; logistics, factories, commodity team.
**Qualifications**
**_Minimum Qualifications:_**
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ Years of experience in a Factory, Supply chain and Team Lead role.
- Advanced Proficiency in English.

- Factory operation knowledge.
- Knowledge on SAP, WIINGs and with strong data management knowledge.
