The **Vendor Technical Enablement Supervisor **for **CCA** (Caribbean & Central America) organization will provide general supervision to the Systems Engineering department regarding technical and non-technical issues and daily operational activities.

Assumes responsibility for planning and executing efficient and effective operations of the group.

Assists in setting department procedures and guidelines.

Reports on employee, vendor, and departmental performance monthly.

Actively promotes the SE program by conducting formal presentations for Product Marketing organization and TD SYNNEX's vendor partners.

Coordinates quarterly goal planning reviews with Systems Engineers, Product Marketing team, and Vendor Representatives to determine performance against objectives.

Manages direct reports

**What You'll Do**:

- Works with Human Resources to recruit, interview, place, and retain, qualified technical resources. **(10%)**:

- Trains, mentors, and develops Associate, Systems, and Senior Engineers to meet and exceed goals and objectives outlined by TD SYNNEX and vendor partners. **(20%)**:

- Makes presentations, and interacts with resellers at Technology Expo's & Solutions Center Customer QBR and Vendor Events **(5%)**:

- Conducts one-on-one feedback sessions to further employee development. Conducts monthly staff meetings, performance reviews, development plans, and performance plans as necessary. **(10%)**:

- Oversees Project Management and Specialty Team Management functions (Tech Team, Resource Team, Marketing Team, etc.). **(10%)**:

- Performs other additional duties as assigned. **(10%)**:

- Meets attendance and punctuality standards. **(10%)**

**What We're Looking For**:

- Associate Degree with Business Admin field of study required or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
- Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- 1+ years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
- Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

**Other Education / Certifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree with Technology or Business Admin Field of Study preferred.
- Any industry standard technical certification

**Working Conditions**:

- Professional environment (Remote/Hybrid).
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- Some travel required.
