Job Summary:
Oversees the development and implementation of communication vehicles and activities that support the marketing, financial, organizational and strategic goals of Tech Data and its business partners.
Assists in development and management of processes, tools and reports required to measure and report on marketing initiatives.
**Principal Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Ensures staff members work efficiently as a team and continuously improve the quality of their work, providing service levels that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Assists manager in the development of overall marketing goals and strategies for assigned programs and/or activities.
- Tracks and understands funding, budgets, accruals and other financial aspects of programs and/or activities.
- Monitors program activities and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Tracks marketing inventory and business partner slotting.
- Identifies new business or revenue generating opportunities for the marketing services organization and provides suggestions regarding process and implementation.
- Collaborates with other marketing services divisions for process improvement, implementation and support of overall marketing services goals.
- Plans, organizes, assigns, oversees and evaluates the work of the Marketing Services team members to ensure the attainment of the Marketing Services divisional goals and the adherence to the company shared values.
- Trains, develops, coaches, recognizes, awards and interacts with staff to achieve high individual and team performance and engagement levels, job satisfaction and retention, and support professional growth within the organization.
- Owns personnel processes and decisions.
Works in collaboration with division management and HR regarding: hiring, separations, performance management, and career development solutions.

**Minimum Educational/Certifications Requirements**:
- High school diploma/GED plus the established minimum requirements for the position.
- Language: 100% proficiency in English
- Degree in position discipline preferred.
- Agency and/or corporate marketing experience preferred.

- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- Some travel may be required.
