Manager role that has broader scope, with Supervisors and or individual contributors reporting directly. Direct support to regional leadership on strategy as well as program/process implementation.

Approves courses of action on salary administration, hiring, corrective action, and terminations. Reviews and approves time records, expense reports, requests for leave, and overtime.

Administers and executes policies, processes, and procedures that affect subordinate employees and the workflow of the unit. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
Freedom to Act:
Assignments are task or activity oriented. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall quality and efficiency. A portion of the time may be spent performing individual tasks.
Liaison:
Interacts internally primarily with subordinates and other supervisors. External interaction is typically with suppliers, vendors, and / or primary customers. Primary purpose of liaison is information sharing and basic problem resolution.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 5 years). 1+ year of leadership responsibility

**Management Role**:

- Ensures that the Tier 1 team delivers high-quality and timely HR support to our internal customers which includes:
- Overseeing the management of the SN queue - case response/resolution time.
- Ensuring the live channels are covered by the needed number of Tier 1 members.
- Supporting the global team in managing employee inquiries through chat/phone/SN cases.
- Reviewing the HR Tier 1 team's KPIs and metrics with supervisors and the team monthly.
- Creates strategies to achieve the team's goals and KPIs.
- Developing and maintaining best practices and procedures for the team to follow.

**Working Conditions and Environment**:
- Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
