**Your Area of Focus**:

- Leads a team of Data Integration Specialists
- Conducts 1:1 sessions including PIP and employee performance management
- Manages attendance and approves timecards
- Assist in the selection process for new hires
- Monitor performance metrics and conducts coaching sessions
- Provide in-depth and specialized support to clients utilizing our data services - understanding the client's unique needs based on the system they are currently using, the means by which the data is extracted, format in which the data is delivered, and how this data is imported/integrated into the Kareo system
- Working inter-departmentally - with Sales, Marketing, CSC's, Support, etc.
- on a consistent basis while executing excellent communication between every branch of the company that is involved with Data Services, and being able to communicate on both a customer service and technical level in order to streamline the rendering of these services, and do so with the upmost quality and accuracy achieved
- Notating accurately and in as detailed-intensive manner as is possible in every system used to log the data services case.
Ensuring that each case is notated, labeled, and tracked correctly and effectively so all records are complete, accurate, and conform to the certain guidelines for handling data service requests
- Learning the various methods by which data can be exported and converted from various systems and keeping record of all the Practice Management systems that data is exported from so a constant growing record is maintained for future use by others for the purpose of Data extraction and integration

**Your Professional Qualifications**:

- Advanced English Communication Skills, oral and written C1 CEFR level
- 2+ years in a customer facing role
- 2+ experience working with customer data and data manipulation
- Ability to coach and mentor in such a way that ultimately improves employee performance
- Excellent customer service skills and have the technical expertise to analyze and understand various data models
- Knowledge of specialized customer service principles and practices
- Passion for setting goals for assisting our Kareo clients, and consistently meeting and exceeding those goals
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail - must be willing to engage in in-depth problem solving to find solutions
- Advanced skills in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Excel required
- Bonus: SQL Experience
