Your strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will have a direct impact on our contracts' outcomes.
Working closely with various teams, you will ensure seamless contract implementation and actively participate in identifying areas of improvement.
The position requires collaboration with other cross functional stakeholders across the Commercial Operations Organizations, like Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Finance, etc.
to ensure alignment of goals, strategies, initiatives, and Priorities.What you'll be doing:Manage a portfolio of contracts and agreements, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-dateLead and coordinate a group of collaborators to ensure the Contracts Activities (Memberships, Non Committed, Price Activations, Line Hold Processes, etc) are completed accurately, timely and are aligned to support the Commercial Ops Targets, Goals and PrioritiesPrepare the Monthly Results/Metrics to Review, working closely with leadership.
Participate on monthly reviews of results, provide improvement actions where necessaryCollaborate with internal teams to review contract terms and negotiate favorable agreementsPerform comprehensive analysis of contract performance and regularly share reports with relevant parties.Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring effective communication throughout the contract lifecycleProactively identify potential contract risks and provide recommendations for mitigation strategiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirementsLead and mentor a team of contract administrators, providing guidance and support as neededWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar roleExceptional organizational and time management skillsFully bilingual (English and Spanish), B2+ minimumStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressureExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office SuiteAt Baxter Healthcare Corporation, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
