**Supervisor, Communication Operations - Santa Costa Rica**

In this integrated Communications Supervisor role, you will develop and execute communications strategies in support of operational initiatives and programs for Western Union's Agent and Partner Operations to further the company's objectives while reinforcing our standards of service. Your remit will span across all countries globally where Western Union is present.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Define and execute a delivery plan for communication requests coming through the organization's Jira intake system.
- Writing internal and external communications, intranet blog posts as well as creating newsletters and presentations.
- Execute change management strategies as a Direct Responsible Individual (DRI) for communications to drive and support high-level initiatives.
- Manage CRM marketing tool to deploy communications campaigns.
- Coordinate virtual and face-to-face forums/conferences for Western Union internal operations teams and Agents worldwide.
- Organize internal events, including town halls, annual meetings, focusing on coordinating agenda, content, flow, and speakers to drive internal leadership communication.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with the team on engagement events and various cross-functional projects.

**Role Requirements**
- Proven experience in the communication field (internal, external communication).
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Skill to turn information and data into meaningful messages.
- Attentiveness to details and upholding high communication standards.
- Demonstrated interest in communication field trends.
- People management is a plus.
- Team player.
- Proven presentation skills.
- Project management skills.
